How can we help?
Answers to the most common questions about your account, your page, your subscription and the OnlyLinks app, and how to reach a person when you need one.

Every message is read and answered by email. Write to [email protected] and include your OnlyLinks username so we can find your account straight away.
1. Contact us
Email is the fastest way to reach us. To help us answer in one reply, tell us:
- Your OnlyLinks username, or the URL of the page you are writing about.
- Whether you are using the website or the OnlyLinks app, and on which device.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
For copyright, trademark and other intellectual property matters, please use the process on our Copyright & DMCA Policy page so the notice reaches the right place.
2. Signing in
You can sign in with your email address and password, with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Apple or Google account. Whichever way you sign in, it is the same OnlyLinks account.
- Forgotten password: use Forgot password and follow the emailed instructions. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
- No verification email: codes expire after a few minutes. Request a new one from the sign-in screen, and make sure the address you typed is the one on your account.
- Sign in with Apple or Google: if you originally signed up with an email and password, sign in that way first, then link Apple or Google from your account settings.
3. Your page
Everything about your page is edited from Dashboard → My Page: links and blocks, your profile picture and bio, colours, fonts and backgrounds. Changes are saved automatically and are live at onlylinks.com/your-username right away.
If a link on your page is not opening for visitors, check that the destination URL includes https:// and that the block is not scheduled or hidden. Links to adult platforms are shown to visitors only after the age confirmation your page settings require.
4. Subscriptions and billing
OnlyLinks Pro is billed by Stripe. You can see your plan, update your payment method, download receipts and cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
In the OnlyLinks app for iPhone, upgrading opens a secure checkout in your browser and your subscription is managed on the website, not through the App Store. It will not appear under your Apple subscriptions, and Apple cannot cancel or refund it for you.
For a refund request, a duplicate charge or a receipt you cannot find, email us with the date and amount of the charge and we will sort it out.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from the website or from the app, in Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone. We send a confirmation link to your email address; opening it and confirming takes your page offline immediately.
- Your account and its data are permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm.
- Until then, the goodbye email contains a link that restores everything exactly as it was.
- Any active subscription is cancelled at the moment you confirm and is not reinstated if you restore the account.
If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, write to us from another address and we will verify your identity before making any change.
6. Organizations
Organizations manage several creators' pages from one dashboard. If you were invited to one, accept the invitation from the link in the email while signed in with the address it was sent to. Questions about what you can see or edit inside an organization are for its owner, who controls the roles and permissions; write to us if you cannot reach them.
7. Reporting content
If a page on OnlyLinks breaks our Terms of Service — for example it impersonates someone, links to illegal material, or shows adult content without the required age gate — please tell us. In the OnlyLinks app you can report a page directly from Community Themes; on the website, email us the page's URL and what you saw. Reports are reviewed by a person, and you can also block a creator so their pages no longer appear in your app.
8. The OnlyLinks app
The OnlyLinks app for iPhone uses the same account as the website, so anything you change in one place shows up in the other. A few things to know:
- Sign-in includes a short security check to keep automated sign-ups out. If it does not load, check your connection and try again.
- If something looks wrong after an update, closing and reopening the app fixes most display issues. If it keeps happening, email us the app version from Settings and a description of what you saw.
- Links from our emails — such as the account deletion confirmation — open in the app when it is installed, and on the website when it is not. Both work the same.
9. Legal
Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Copyright & DMCA Policy describe how OnlyLinks works, what we do with your data, and how rights holders can contact us. Questions about any of them can be sent to [email protected].
